We are manufacturer making all kinds of custom aluminum case for 21 years.

2.    Can you provide us the drawing ?

Yes, our team will provide specific drawings as your requirement

3.     Can you supply us samples and how long can we expect to get them?

Yes, we can supply the samples but since aluminum cases are all customized so you need to pay for the freight cost and sample fee which will be returned after place order. Usually the samples will be ready for delivery in 7 days.

4.    What is the mass production delivery time?

Usually the delivery time is 30 days after confirmation.

5.    Can you customize new design for us?

Yes we have our own R&D team to develop new designs.

6.    What about the transportation?

By air or by sea, and express like DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/ETC

7.    What is your terms of delivery?

We accept FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

8.    Do you inspect all your products before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% mass products inspected before delivery

9.    Do you support the brand OEM?

Yes, all you need to do is send us your brand logo design

10.  What information should I provide if I want a sample?

It’s best you can provide us your drawing, if you don’t have drawing just send us the sample or dimension and requirements then we will make recommendation for you.

11.  How do you pack the production?

Usually we have a bubble bag for each product and then in a inner box, finally in a carton. Or we can packing according to your requirements
